ANOTHER CHILD GOES HOME

BON VOYAGE YVIE

Yesterday Yves Mirline left Maranatha Children’s Home for her new home in Illinois.  This spunky little girl really came to life over the three days that her parents were here.  We, if I may say so, have a great program.  The children are loved, well provided for and nurtured spirit, soul, and body.  This being said, once the children are home where they belong they progress in leaps and bounds as they are with a family that loves to life.  I often tell the adoptive parents that only God loves their child more than they do.

BITTER/SWEET

We have a number of adoptive parents that are waiting for their children and having Yvie leave encourages them, but they perhaps also wish that it was their child that had left.  We live here, so that others can leave, and as Beth says, "We have never yet had a keeper."  Please, though, lift up the waiting parents in prayer as they wait and allow God to do in their lives what can only happen in the wait.
